With a background in accounting and commercial real estate, Shloimy knows how important it is that the numbers add up. But as long as they do, he knows he can make it work for his clients. That’s also why Shloimy chose to work for a bank like Ark, and not a mortgage brokerage. He likes the fact that every aspect of the residential loan process is handled under one roof, and that he can always find out what’s going on with his clients’ loans.
