Shulem Ekstein knows real estate. His career has spanned 18 years in the industry, from property management, to his own real estate brokerage, to residential mortgages. With Ark since 2014, Shulem has been Branch Manager, then Vice President for Sales for five years before assuming the role of Mortgage Advisor in 2019. He is one of Ark’s leading loan originators, working out of the Monroe office.
Shulem is an expert in all areas of residential mortgage including investment properties, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, Jumbo Loan programs, appraisals, titles and closings. His passion is to advise people how to purchase and refinance their existing loans in ways that make sense to their financial situations.
