I have reviewed, and I acknowledge that I share these values on Responsible Homeownership.
By acknowledging the Statement of Shared Values on Responsible Homeownership, I understand that I am now a Registered Participant in Ark Mortgage’s Champion Ark Real Estate Agent (“CARE Agent”) Program.
I am aware that I may, (but am never under any obligation to), refer clients to Ark Mortgage, each of whom will be eligible for a $1,000 Lender Credit against their Ark Loan closing costs.
I am aware that for a referred client to receive the $1,000 Lender Credit, the referring agent’s name must appear on the real estate contract and Closing Disclosure and the referring agent must have been a Registered Participant when the referral was made.
I understand that should I take advantage of any future offerings made through the CARE Agent program, they will be made available to me free of charge and regardless of whether I referred any clients to Ark Mortgage.
I understand that my continued participation in this program is voluntary, and I may voluntarily withdraw my participation any time.
I understand the only conditions under which my participation in this program may be terminated by Ark is if I have been found to have committed a violation of law or a materially unethical act, or if Ark discontinues the CARE Agent program.
