What can I do if I have difficulty making payments?
Call our Servicing Department at 1-833-215-8500 to identify any potential issues with your upcoming payments. We are committed to making your experience with Ark Mortgage a pleasant one by helping to resolve any issues as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a hardship, there may be assistance available for you. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss what programs may be available.
I’m using the account number on my temporary coupon from closing, but the system says “Account Not Found.” What’s the issue here?
To make a payment online, enter the 9 digit account number from your Welcome Letter or Monthly Statement. (If you are using the loan # from your closing docs, it will simply be the last 9 digits of the 11 digit account number.) If you haven’t received a Welcome Letter or Monthly Statement, please email the Servicing Department at [email protected] or call us 1-833-215-8500, option 3 and let us know as soon as possible
Can I go paperless?
Yes, you can, and we encourage you to do so. When you log in to your account at MyArkMortgage.com you’ll see links to enroll in paperless billing. Of course, you can continue to receive mailed statements if that works better for you.
How do I switch my homeowners’ insurance?
If you find insurance coverage that better suits your needs, you should start your new policy first, then cancel your existing policy. It is in your best interest to have a cancellation date that is on or right after your new policy’s start date. After you switch to your new policy, notify us right away so that we can send your payments to the correct insurer.

Upload your tax bill into our servicing portal at MyArkMortgage.com or email it to [email protected]

If you wish to request additional information relating to the servicing of your mortgage loan or believe there is an error, you must send a qualified written request to the address below and include your name, your mortgage loan account number, property address, and a statement of either the information you are requesting or the error you believe has occurred.
