To make a payment online, enter the 9 digit account number from your Welcome Letter or Monthly Statement. (If you are using the loan # from your closing docs, it will simply be the last 9 digits of the 11 digit account number.) If you haven’t received a Welcome Letter or Monthly Statement, please email the Servicing Department at email@example.com or call us 1-833-215-8500, option 3 and let us know as soon as possible
Yes, you can, and we encourage you to do so. When you log in to your account at MyArkMortgage.com you’ll see links to enroll in paperless billing. Of course, you can continue to receive mailed statements if that works better for you.
If you find insurance coverage that better suits your needs, you should start your new policy first, then cancel your existing policy. It is in your best interest to have a cancellation date that is on or right after your new policy’s start date. After you switch to your new policy, notify us right away so that we can send your payments to the correct insurer.
